Delicious Living: Pumpkin Pie with Walnut Crust

    Thanksgiving morning, I tried making the pie crust as a healthy alternative to the traditional whole wheat crust. Followed the recipe exclusively and when baking, it turned into a gooey pool in the bottom of the pan. I don't know if high altitude conditions affected the results or not. It turned out a complete disaster and now I have to start over with a 45-minute delay.

    If you get better results, please post and let me know if you did anything different in the recipe.
